Changchup (ti): enlightenment

Chö (ti): teachings; truth

Dag-me (ti): selflessness

Drippa (ti): defilements

Drowa (ti): migrators

Dzokchen (ti): great completion

Gendün (ti): community of practitioners

Gewa (ti): virtue

Hinayana (sk): small or lesser vehicle or path

Karma (sk): cyclic existence; action; cause and effect

Khorwa (ti): circular;cyclic existence

Klesha (sk): poisonous emotion

Kündzop (ti): relative or conventional truth

Le (ti): action; cause and effect

Lhakthong (ti): vipashyana; higher view

Madhyamaka (sk): school or philosophy of the middle way

Mahayana (sk): great vehicle or path

Maitri (sk): compassion; loving kindness

Marikpa (ti): not knowing

Migewa (ti): nonvirtue

Möpa (ti): aspiring; wanting

Naga (sk): snake; associated with jewel treasures and knowledge

Nampa (ti): aspect

Namtok (ti): concept; conceptualization

Nangstül netsül (ti): completely joined

Ngotrö (ti): introduction

Ngönsum (ti): direct perception

Ngowo (ti): essence; nature

Nidana(s) (sk): twelve links of dependent arising

Nirvana (sk): going beyond misery

Nyamshak (ti): meditation; absorption

Nya-ngen ledepa (ti): nirvana as peace

Nyingje (ti): compassion; noble heart

Parchen (ti): going across

Phakpa (ti): noble one

Prajna (sk): knowledge

Sherap (ti): knowledge

Sheshin (ti): awareness; introspection; presently knowing

Shila (sk): discipline

Shi-ne (ti): peaceful abiding

Shinjang (ti): thoroughly processed
