    Joy in Everyday Life

    October 20/21 and 27/28

In the Shambhala tradition, the practice of meditation is based on the view that all beings possess basic goodness as their birthright – an open, clear and compassionate nature that can become obscured by our life circumstances. Meditation practice develops our trust in basic goodness, and we can begin to develop greater confidence and personal energy.  The teachings on compassion offered in this course can inspire a sense of joy and brave-heartedness in our own lives. This 6-class course is open to all.  It will be co-taught by Debbie McGee and Moyra Buchan.
